Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided on an exchange basis only, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new.
The Lifetime Warranty is activated at purchase from PopUpMods.com, and valid subject to proper installation and use. Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product and does not include any compensation for any loss arising from the use of said product. Any cost to return a PopUpMods.com part for repair/exchange is the responsibility of the owner, and your repaired or exchanged product will be shipped at the expense of PopUpMods.com to the original owner only.
PopUpMods.com defines “Lifetime” as that of the original product purchaser or that of the production “life” of the specific product or equivalent. The warranty provided herein shall be void and of no effect in the event that PopUpMods.com is in any way legally prevented from manufacturing a suitable replacement product.
